5 copies of drawings needed to build your home. Additional sets are available at $50.00 each after purchase of Construction Sets.

Option 3 CAD File Set     $400.00
CAD file for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the drawings and print multiple copies.

Included with the drawings in Options 2 and 3 are:

Floor plans                                           Typical wall sections
Elevations                                       Building sections
Foundation plan and details          Electrical plan
Framing plan                                       Miscellaneous notes and details
